About Me

I’m a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher practicing and teaching traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho in Nottingham, and I offer distance/remote reiki throughout the UK.  My reiki training lineage traces back to the founder of Reiki, Dr Mikao Usui and I’m a member of the UK Reiki Federation.

I provide Reiki in a compassionate, person centred environment to support clients overcome current and past emotional challenges so they are more able to live a fulfilling, authentic life that works for them.

Like many people I’ve had my fair share of personal challenges and made many decisions that ultimately weren’t in my best interest.  I’ve experienced relationship break ups and divorce, several years of health issues, work related issues and redundancy.  Over the years I’ve gained an understanding of the impact that childhood and adult life experiences, doubts, fears and limiting beliefs have on our wellbeing and quality of life.

I never intended to become a Reiki practitioner.  Reiki was something I learned to smooth away the stresses of a bad day, help me sleep, or to re-energise me when I was flagging.  However, I soon discovered the benefits of Reiki were actually life changing for me and I started treating family and friends, then friends of friends and so it grew.  I love sharing the reiki healing energy with clients and am passionate about passing on the gift of reiki to others through my teaching.

I continue to find Reiki endlessly fascinating and am grateful to have found what for me, was the missing piece in the jigsaw puzzle of life.
