LEARN REIKI

Learning reiki can be life changing, and is an investment in your health, well-being and personal development, with lifelong benefits.  Anyone can learn reiki and following Level 1 you’re able to channel reiki energy for the rest of your life.

I’m a reiki teacher in Nottingham, a member of the UK Reiki Federation teaching traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho, and my training lineage traces back to Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of reiki.  If you want to learn reiki in Nottingham I teach to both small groups and provide one to one tuition. 

As a reiki teacher I’m committed to providing an excellent learning experience.  At each Level you receive plenty of hands on practice, training manual, handouts, certificate and ongoing post-workshop support for as long as you require.

Level 1 – £140

Learn to use reiki energy to rebalance your own internal ‘life force’ energy stimulating deep relaxation, stress relief, physical and emotional healing, and learn to share reiki with friends, family and your pets.  You’ll receive your first reiki attunement, learn reiki history, theory and practice, the Reiki Principles, how to prepare for and give a treatment, and spend time practicing giving reiki to yourself and each other. 

Level 2 – £180

I recommend waiting approximately 3 months between Levels 1 and 2.  You’ll receive your second attunement, learn about the first three reiki symbols, how to draw and use them and learn to perform distance reiki.  There’s hands on practice using the symbols to treat each other face to face, and also conducting a distance reiki session.  Information about working as a reiki practitioner is also provided as upon completion of Level 2 you can practice reiki professionally (with sufficient experience and relevant insurance).

Level 3(a) Reiki Master Practitioner – £220

This Level can be undertaken approximately 12 months after Level 2 (dependent upon your level of experience).  You’ll receive your third attunement and learn the Reiki Master symbol.  The workshop includes learning the three pillars of reiki, working more intuitively with reiki, advanced healing techniques and more, and you’ll practice these new elements.

Level 3(b) Reiki Master Teacher – £260

This Level enables you to teach reiki and can be undertaken any time after completing Level 3(a).  Your receive a further attunement, learn a second Master symbol, how to perform attunements (with plenty of practice), the structure and content of reiki classes and how to teach them.
